Lays Flat and Stays in Place

Although the mat can be placed side by side, based on feedback over the years we suggest overlapping the 6 foot section of matting approximately 3 inches over the edge of the 3 foot section. This helps keep everything in place. We do not recommend using tape on the backing of the matting because it can damage it.

Absorb The Mess

Unlike other plastic garage mats that leave the fluids sitting on the top for you to clean up, our mat absorbs the water off your vehicles. The top side of the mat is a super absorbent polypropylene material. The Cleanupstuff Garage Mat at will absorb gallons of water.  Normal evaporation usually keeps the mat from being saturated. If it becomes saturated due to extreme conditions you may have to vacuum the excess water.

The Cleanupstuff Garage Floor Mat is approximately 1/8th to 3/16 inches thick. The top side is a charcoal gray color absorbent polypropylene. The leak proof backing is a black vinyl material which is bonded to the to the polypropylene.

Three Year Warranty. Will Last For Many Years

The backing has a three year warranty against tearing, cracking or leaking. The backing prevents fluids from reaching the floor, protecting it from stains. The only way you will damage this product is by turning the wheels of your vehicle while sitting on the mat. Drive straight on and off the mat and it will last many, many years. We have sold this product for over 20 years and have thousand of satisfied customers.

Maintenance and Care

Very little maintenance is required. If due to extreme weather the mat becomes saturated with water you may have to vacuum the excess. In the Spring, after the mat has dried completely you can vacuum it with a shop vacuum to remove any dirt that has been brought in. It is also a good idea to check the edges of the mat for any seepage of water to dry them out. The mat can also be hosed out if necessary. Just let it air dry. Leave the mat down year-round, ready to catch any snow melt or rain water rolling off your vehicle.
